We are pleased to announce that our company has officially welcomed a new Vertical Machining Center to our manufacturing team!
The new machine, CYM-V1370L, was purchased from Chongyou Precision Machinery (Suqian) Co., Ltd. and officially arrived at our facility today. This new addition represents another important step in our ongoing investment in advanced manufacturing equipment and precision machining capabilities.
The CYM-V1370L features a generous X/Y/Z axis travel of 1,300 × 700 × 700 mm, providing greater flexibility for machining a wide range of components and larger workpieces.
The machine is equipped with a BT50 spindle, with a maximum spindle speed of 8,000 rpm and spindle power of 15 kW. Its 1,500 × 700 mm worktable supports a maximum load of 1,500 kg, allowing us to handle a broader range of machining applications.
For precision performance, the machine offers a positioning accuracy of 0.005/300 mm and repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.003/300 mm. It is also equipped with a 24-tool disc-type automatic tool changer, automatic lubrication system, and HEIDENHAIN linear scales on all three axes, helping ensure stable and consistent machining performance.
The addition of this new machining center will further strengthen our capabilities in CNC milling, large workpiece machining, complex component machining, and high-precision manufacturing.
With its larger machining capacity, high-rigidity BT50 spindle system, and advanced positioning measurement technology, the CYM-V1370L will help us improve machining efficiency while maintaining the high standards of dimensional accuracy, consistency, and quality that our customers expect.
